  5/2019: We recently celebrated our 5 year olds birthday and Brooks was beyond wonderful. He announced the birthday to the entire restaurant and although shy, it's exactly what she wanted to have happen. Brooks was very attentive the whole meal and made sure the dinner was very enjoyable. Thanks so much Brooks!
  
  6/2019: We went back yesterday and Brooks did a great job again!)

  Careful, so bad.
  Had to have a late lunch mtg. at three p.m., this location was convenient. They have brought the paradise pie back (hearing that is what brought us) it is not the original, and whatever it is, it is not fresh.  I don't understand what has happened to this chain.
  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever hands down.  Filthy restaurant (look at the tops of the salt shakers-OMG! , terrible food. The ribeye was steam grilled or something, the potato mash-up that came with it was brown the broccoli was completely  tasteless and hard sitting in water on plate . So disappointed I didn't take a photo of the food!
  Service was non existent.
  When a gal in mtg. Group of three asked -very kindly- for a straw the food delivery guy/busboy actually threw three straws across the table at her. She asked us if that really just happened. The waiter came to table at the beginning after food was delivered and said "everything good? Good!" and left, literally crammed those three words into one and ran. The bar was busy and pretty darn clean when compared to dining room, restaurant was almost empty,  there was more wait staff than patrons.
  Sad that this long painful demise has happened to a restaurant chain that used to be fun and tasty.  We stopped regularly patronizing chilies several years ago with the main menu change (about ten years ago), the recipes started to change as the food quality dropped we came less and less. I had been at a chilies three years ago and it was kinda lame then, but now!? WOW never going back, same for the others in the group. We have bets on how long until it closes.

  Hated this location. We got several dirty looks when we walked in 30 min before closing. All we wanted was a late night drink. I ordered an alcoholic drink, but I didn't have my ID as my boyfriend was on the way to bring it to me. Totally understandable when she said she couldn't serve me, however, I wasn't offered a water or any other option in the meantime. Being in the customer service myself I was completely frustrated with the lack of hospitality. Honestly, they should all quit their jobs and work somewhere that doesn't require a kind demeanor.
  
  Update: We went to Yardhouse since we never got our drinks. 30 minutes later the girls who gave us dirty looks walk in ready to have a good time. Funny how they expect good service after the bullsh*t they pulled.
  
  2nd update: Got this message from one of their pathetic employees- didn't say anything about waiting long to get our drink so I dont even think she knows how to read.
  
  "Sorry you didn't get your alcohol in a timely manner:,(
  You have no right to call any of us hard working women ho's.
  If you have any experience in the service industry you would know how to address these situations in a more mature and polite way.
  Next time you see your server out having a good time and there is an issue feel free to confront them then and there as hiding behind a phone screen is ridiculous.

  Great service from Brooks ( I think that was his name, sorry if I got it wrong. But he served us Sept. 19th around 6:30ish.). I came in with my mom and grandma. My grandma can only eat soft foods, yet she orders stuff that is not soft sometimes, he was so patient and very sweet. The food taste great and he checked in on us in a great timely manner and met our wishes and needs. I definitely would recommend this place to eat at. Great atmosphere too.

  Today was amazing. Top service with our favorite girl Shawnee. She brought out the most amazing fries. I come here 2 times a week and love everyone. Manny, Brandon( The model), Bootsie, Savanna, Jill, Will.... Love them all. Thank you for the amazing night.
